Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Enrollment & payments

  • Course prices and currency are shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed via our authorized payment gateway. Your access to a paid course is granted after the payment is confirmed.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, or transaction fees that apply.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated for a specific course, refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment and before more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Contact us for refund requests.

Acceptable use

You agree not to share account access, redistribute course materials, attempt to disrupt the Services, infringe intellectual property, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

All course materials, brand assets, and website content are owned by Mitisol Limitedor its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment, or income results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mitisol Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
